Terms & Conditions:-

1. Franchise incentive will be on BV (Business Volume) and incentive calculate monthly basis. Payout will be release next month from 1st to 5th date of month.

2. Franchise Commission Deduction - TDS 5% & Admin 10%.

3. Transport expense (Freight charges & other Charges) bearing by Franchise Holder.

4. Company will not be responsible for any losses or damages of Goods in transit.

Return Policy for Purchased Products:-

1. Purchased Product will be returned to company by franchise holder, In case refund Franchise UserWallet - TDS 5% will be deduct.

2. Purchased Product will be returned to company by Franchise Holder, company will accept these products Before 6 month of Expiry.

3. Purchased Product will be Delivered to company Registered Office Address at warehouse by Franchise Holder and its Transport expense bearing by oneself.

Dispute if any will be subject to LUCKNOW COURT JURISDICTION.
